Support Persons:

We welcome support persons accompanying patrons with disabilities to access the venue at no additional cost (limited to one support person per attendee). One (1) ticket must be purchased between the two (2) people attending. Please identify your support person upon arrival at the festival gate, and our team will assist you.

If for any reason an event is cancelled, patrons will be refunded the full ticket price.

Brigus Productions is not liable for any costs incurred by the Participant outside of the ticket price if an event has to be cancelled.

Refunds are only possible if an event is cancelled.
