Fully accessible restrooms are conveniently located and designed for ease of use.

Wheelchair-Accessible Viewing Areas

We offer designated viewing areas for guests using wheelchairs or mobility devices, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable concert experience.

Please note: Accessible seating cannot be booked online and is subject to availability.

JAG Soundhouse welcomes support persons accompanying guests with disabilities who require assistance with communication, mobility, personal care, medical needs, or access to our facilities.

One (1) support person may be admitted at no additional cost per guest requiring assistance, provided valid documentation is presented.

Accepted documentation includes:

• Access2 Card
• City of St. John’s Attendant Pass

The guest requiring support must hold a valid admission ticket, which must be requested directly through JAG Soundhouse.  Attendant passes cannot be booked online and are available in limited quantities.
