You’ll find JAG Soundhouse in the heart of downtown St. John’s, inside JAG Hotel at 115 George Street West, St. John’s, NL A1C 0B7.

Street Parking

Approximately 40+ city parking spots are located within a 2 – 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Parking options include 30-minute, 2-hour, and 4-hour zones – please check city regulations before leaving your vehicle.

Free parking is available after 6 p.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends, and on statutory holidays.

We recommend arriving early to secure a space and make your way to the venue with ease.

Private Parking

Is there a Coat Check?

We offer coat check services for $3 per item. Coat Check is located at the top of the stairs as
you enter JAG Soundhouse.

Can I Smoke inside?

Nope – JAG is a completely smoke-free zone. That includes vaping.

If you need a break, step outside – we promise the music will still be waiting when you get back.

Lost something?

We get it – nights like these can get a little loud.

If you’ve left something behind, give us a call at 709-753-4874 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
We’ll do our best to help reunite you with your lost item.

Is there an age restriction?

Most JAG Soundhouse events are 19+ – rock responsibly.

From time to time, we host all-ages shows, and those will be clearly marked on our event
listings. Check our calendar for details before you buy.

What kind of ID do I need to bring?

To keep things smooth at the door, guests may be asked to show valid identification. You’ll need:

One government-issued photo ID (including foreign-issued) that shows your name, photo, and date of birth – such as a driver’s licence or passport.

Note: Photos or photocopies of ID aren’t accepted. Bring the real deal.

Refund Policy

If for any reason an event is cancelled, patrons will be refunded the full ticket price.

Brigus Productions is not liable for any costs incurred by the Participant outside of the ticket price if an event has to be cancelled.

Refunds are only possible if an event is cancelled.

Bar Service Available

Choose from a selection of beer, wine, and hi-balls (vodka, rum, whiskey, etc. with pop or juice).

Non-Alcoholic Options:

Non-alcoholic beer, sodas, juices, and bottled water.

Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the venue. Let us take care of the refreshments so you can focus on the show!
